With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Regular Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order 6:07 p.m. on Tuesday,
November 14, 2023, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas

Heritage Links, a Division of Lexicon, Inc., in the Amount of $11,358,398.00, for the
Renovation of Meadowbrook Golf Course, Provide for Project Administration and
Contingencies in the Amount of $1,005,905.12, for a Total Construction Cost of
$12,364,303.12. Adopt Appropriation Ordinances, and Amend the Fiscal
2024 Adopted Budget and Fiscal Years 2024-2028 Capital Improvements
Program (2022 Bond Program)
Motion: Council Member Martinez made a motion, seconded by Council Member
Williams, that M&C 23-0988 be approved and Appropriation Ordinance
Nos. 26602-11-2023, 26603-11-2023, and 26604-11-2023 be adopted.
Motion passed 9-0, Mayor Pro tem Bivens and Council Member Nettles
absent.
