In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Sentari
Technologies, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client") on October 30,
2009, City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 39473, as amended by CSC No. 39473-A1
on September 16, 2010, CSC No. 39473-A2 on December 14, 2010 and CSC No.
39473-A3 on November 13, 2011 (collectively the "Professional Services Agreement"),
Appendix B-16 is incorporated into the Professional Services Agreement and hereby
reads as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement. .
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
SQUSSRS Developer for CPMS Software
Description of Work: CPMS to MARS reconciliation process
• Design the Program: Develop a detailed logic plan using a tool such as pseudo code,
flowcharts, object structure diagrams, or event diagrams to group the program 's activities
into modules; device a method of solution or algorithm for each module; and test the
solution algorithms.
• Code the Program: Translate the design into an application using T-Sql creating the
interface and stored procedures; include internal documentation -comments and remarks
within the code that explain code purpose.
• SSIS and Job development
• Create SSRS Reports
• Test and Debug the Program: Test the program , finding and correcting errors
(debugging) until it is error free and contains enough safeguards to ensure the desired
results.
• Place code in stored procedures and executable database jobs -retest
• Review current batch code which may require code modification and investigate the cause
of transactions not sent.
• Formalize the solution: Review and, if necessary, modify, test and revise code and
internal documentation; formalize and complete end-user (external) documentation.
• Maintain the Program: Provide education and support to end users; correct any
unanticipated errors that emerge and identify user-requested modifications
(enhancements). Once errors or enhancements are identified, the program development
life cycle begins again . Note : after implementation, there is a 60 day window for error
correction.
