co mmuni ty fac ili ties ar e no t co mpl eted w ithin su c h ex ten s io n p eri od ,
th e re will b e no furth e r o bli ga ti on of th e C ity to p arti c ip a te . C it y

11. Nothing contained herein is intended to limit the Developer 's
obligations under the Policy, this Agreement, its financial guarantee,
its agreem e nt with its contractor or other related agreements.
