UNION 14.0 Connectivity 1 2 Connectivity is made through the Public Internet over Secure Port 443 for the customer service desktop application. All packets sent will be SSL with 128-bit encryption. The application for the customer service desktops and the FTP s ite are locked down in the Speedpay firewall based on the source IPs provided. Locking down the CSR application according to an individual IP address or range of IP addresses ensures that the individuals attempting to access your Speedpay application are truly physically located at your premise and are not impersonating your personnel , current or former employees trying access the information from off client premise.
