Contract Provisions The Services ordered herein are governed by this Service Order and the tw telecom Master Services Agreement executed by Customer. as referenced above. Internet Usage: Customer shall not transmit or stDrB malarial in violation d any Federal or state laws or regujalions, including, but not limited to, obscenity, indecency, defamation or infringement of trademark or copyright. Customer agrees to adhere to TWTC's IP policies at http://www,twtefecom.com/support..Jnformationlcustomer-resources/product·resources/ip-addressjng:QOlicy/ and http://www. twteJecom.comlsupOOJ1.-information/customer::resources/produel:fesources/peerjnQ:POlicy/ and TWTC's Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") at httDitww.y.twtetecom.comfsupport-information/legal-information/acceotable::use:ooUcy/, which may be modified from lime to time. Equipment Recovery Upon termination of a Service for any reason, TWTC or ft& representative wiU contact Customer to schedule a mutually acceptable time and date for TWTC's retrieval of TWTC Equipment located on Customer's premises. Alternatively, TWTC may request that Customer package TWTC's Equipment and return it, at lWTC's cost, to a location identified by TWTC. If Customer does not pf'O\lide TWTC with access to its premises to allow TWTC to recover the TWTC Equipment within thirty (30) days following TWTC's contact, or if Customer does not ship the lWTC Equipment back to rwrc within the thirty (30) days, then 1WTC may charge Customer for the replacement oost of the TWTC Equipment.
