FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59181
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth") and Mosaic SKM
Collaborative LLC ("Vendor").
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 59181 beginning April 4, 2023 for Vendor to provide public relations,
outreach and advertising services for the City's Historic Marine Neighborhood (the "Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to amend the Agreement so that Vendor can provide
the same services for City's Worth Heights and Seminary Neighborhoods;
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend Section 3 of the Agreement, Compensation, to
account for the new spending authority under the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is also the collective desire of the Parties to amend Exhibit A, Scope of
Services, in order to add Vendor's obligations related to the City's Worth Heights and Seminary
Neighborhoods.
NOW THEREFORE, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Section 1 of the Agreement, Scope of Services, is hereby deleted in its entirety and
replaced with the following language: "Vendor will provide the City's
Neighborhood Services Department with public relations, outreach and advertising
services for targeted neighborhoods ("Services"), which are set forth in more detail
in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. Through
written, mutual Agreement of the Parties, additional City neighborhoods may be
added to the Agreement. Vendor will provide any additional neighborhoods with
similar services as those found in Exhibit A."
2. Section 3 of the Agreement, Compensation, is hereby deleted in its entirety and
replaced with the following language: "City will pay Vendor in accordance with
the provisions of this Agreement, including Exhibit `B," which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein for all purposes. Total compensation under this
Agreement will not exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).
Vendor will not perform any additional services or bill for expenses incurred for
City not specified by this Agreement unless City requests and approves in writing
the additional costs for such services. City will not be liable for any additional
expenses of Vendor not specified by this Agreement unless City first approves such
expenses in writing."

3. Exhibit A of the Agreement, Scope of Services, is hereby amended by adding the
attached "Scope of Services: Seminary and Worth Heights Neighborhoods" to the
Agreement.
4. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

Scope of Services: Seminary and Worth Heights Neighborhoods
■ Expand upon the NIP Communications plan (developed by The Collaborative in 2022)
with strategies and supporting tactics to engage the surrounding community.
■ Collaborate with Department staff to develop appropriate messaging around potential
efforts to communicate with your key audiences for Seminary throughout the agreement
terms.
■ Develop (as appropriate) and customize presentations for key audiences.
■ Work alongside the Neighborhood Services team to develop and prioritize existing
opportunities for engagement.
■ Create and manage survey, survey feedback and analysis.
■ Provide regular monitoring, measuring and reporting on the impact and success of
surveys
■ Work with Neighborhood Services to develop clear objectives and measurement metrics
by the kickoff event in April 2024.
■ Assist in identifying strategic survey tactics by the kickoff May 2024.
■ Input all hardcopy surveys into digital tracking/survey platform by deadline.
■ Provide an overview of insights into survey responses (Spanish, English, priorities) by
May 2024.
■ Provide counsel on any current/planned public outreach tactics throughout the
agreement.
■ Review and analyze previous outreach efforts.
■ Provide strategic counsel on building objective alignment with key community partners.
■ Identify opportunities to highlight the city of Fort Worth/Department project progress.
■ Provide strategic counsel on department and project related issue overlap.
■ Develop (as desired) and provide counsel on media strategy and implementation.
■ Build upon previous work plans recommended by Interface Studios and the
Collaborative.
