O� �►`1 j CONTRACT NO. 60545 This First Addendum to City Secretary Contract Number 60545 ("First Addendum") is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Brown Mountain Art Restoration ("Conservator"), acting by and through Laura Pate, its owner. The City has designated the Arts Council of Fort Worth & Tarrant County, Inc., DB/A Arts Fort Worth to manage this Agreement on its behalf. WHEREAS, on November 27, 2023, the City and Conservator entered into a non- exclusive professional services agreement whereby Conservator will provide general maintenance, conservation, and consultation to the City for the Fort Worth Public Art Collection ("Collection"), said contract being City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 60545 ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Agreement sets forth that the Services to be provided shall be based on the current Fort Worth Public Art Annual Work Plan, on an as -needed basis in accordance with fully executed addenda; and WHEREAS, work included in this First Addendum will be scheduled and completed pending weather and access and any work that is not able to be completed prior to the end of the second renewal term shall be documented and submitted in written form to the City with supporting detail; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed, the parties agree as follows: I.
