SCOPE OF SERVICES
Additional Services related to floodplain research and revisions for each of the 8 parks:
For each park, the FEMA FIRM panel was reviewed to determine if the park was within the
floodplain. Of the eight parks, four were found to be in floodplain. The floodplain linework for
these four sites was then retrieved from the FEMA Flood Map Service Center. Based on this
information, the layout and grading of the four parks was revised to keep all development out
of the regulatory floodway. Earthwork calculations and grading revisions were also made to
each of the four parks to ensure there the was no fill within the floodplain,
