EXPLANATION
Attached is the First Renewal of CSC 60027, the agreement between the City of Fort Worth Water
Department and ConvergeOne, Inc., utilizing cooperative agreement DIR-TSO-4339. CSC 60027
provides hardware, software, maintenance & support, and professional services for the Water
Department’s Extreme brand networks.
The original term of the agreement ran from September 1, 2023 through January 22, 2024, however DIR-
TSO-4339 was renewed and extended to April 22, 2024. Successor Contract language was approved on
M&C 23-0653, to allow the contract to be extended in sync with the DIR agreement, or to move to a new
cooperative contract with substantially similar terms, if it had been executed by DIR.
DIR has again renewed the contract, which now will expire on April 22, 2025. Since it is time for the
first annual renewal of the contract, this document will serve as the First Renewal.
The total contract spending authority is not impacted by this renewal, and will remain at $250,000.00.
