SUBJECT: TARRANT COUNTY UPDATE

The following information was presented at the December 1, meeting of the Commission Court by
Ann Salyer-Caldwell, Associate Director of Tarrant County Health:
• Effective Tuesday, December 1 the County began serving the general public in all seven
of its public health clinics
• Bagsby-Williams Public Health Center— 3212 Miller Avenue — Fort Worth
• Southwest Public Health Center— 6551 Granbury Road — Fort Worth
• La Gran Plaza Public Health Center— 4200 So. Freeway— Fort Worth
• Arlington Public Health Center— 536 West Randol Mill Road —Arlington
• Northeast Public Health Center— 813 Brown Trail Road — Bedford
• Northwest Public Health Center— 3800 Adam Grubb Road — Lake Worth
• Watauga Public Health Center— 6601 Watauga Road, Suite 122 - Watauga
THERE IS NO CHARGE
��r�; • December 3, the County opened its storefront locations from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and
will administer the H1 N1 vaccine only. The locations are as follows:
• Seminary Drive in Fort Worth (La Gran Plaza)
• North Main Street in the Fort Worth Mercado
• Eastchase in Fort Worth (1550 Eastchase Parkway, Suite 1500)
• South Cooper in Arlington
• Harwood Drive in Bedford
• Cherry Lane in White Settlement
THERE IS NO CHARGE
• December 9, an additional public clinic will be held at the T.C.C. Northwest Campus from
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. THERE IS NO CHARGE
