Council Member Hill requested she be provided with the Overflow Plan for Families needing shelter this summer. Presentation on 2024 Debt Financing Plan - Reginald Zeno, Financial Management Services CFO and John Samford, Financial Management Services Assistant Finance Director Presentation was made by John Samford, Financial Management Services Assistant Finance Director. 9. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Council Member Nettles requested an informal report pertaining to adding a proposition on Affordable Housing to the 2026 Bond Election. Council Member Nettles requested an update on the recommendations from the Race and Culture Task Force. Council Member Flores requested a report on the Noise Mitigation Plan (for the Stockyards). Council Member Lauersdorf requested and informal report on the potential of assessing tax liens on businesses for illegal dumping. Council Member Williams requested an informal report on the Crime -Free Multi -Housing Program.
