This increased the possible fine amount to $500 plus court costs for each violation. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense. In August 2021, Municipal Court added a citation action code specific to this violation for tracking purposes. Code Compliance is now able to report on the number of citations written specifically for parking an oversize commercial vehicle in a residentially zoned district. It was previously grouped with other general vehicle citations. Since the action code was created, 43 citations have been issued. 18 16 14 12 10 8 6 4 2 0 FY2022 Citations (43 Total) FY2023 YTD FY2024 For questions regarding this information, please contact Interim Code Compliance Director Shannon Elder at Shannon.
