COMMUNITY FACILITIES GRACE PERIOD On May 6, 1986, Informal Report No. 7115, was submitted to the City Council which identified twelve community facilities agreements which were returned to the City fully executed and bonded by the developer prior to April 7, 1986, but for various reasons were not processed and approved by the City Council prior to that date. During discussion of that Informal Report, the City Council requested a report comparing the City's cost if these twelve community facilities agreements were pro- cessed based on the 'Policies in effect prior to January 7, 1986, assuring the City would pay for upgrading of the pavement sections to meet current design standards, and the current development policies. The Transportation and Public Works staff has reviewed each of the twelve agreements and their findings are detailed on the attached report. Five of the twelve agreements involve no change in City funding. The other seven agreements would result in an expenditure of $289,394 by the City if the old policy is applied. If Council desires additional information, it will be provided upon 00,11 request.
