Dear Mayor Hinkle:
On July 2, 1991 the Fort Worth City Council approved the
contract amendment revising wholesale water and wastewater
contracts concerning impact fees. Enclosed is an executed
copy of the water and/or wastewater contract amendment for
your records.
The major impact of the contract amendment is the revised
impact fee collection schedule (Schedule 2). On October 1,
1991 the amount charged by Fort Worth to its wholesale
customers for a new connection will be set at 35% of the
maximum assessment for water and wastewater.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE WORTH, that:
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of May, 1987, the City of Fort Worth
(Fort Worth) and City of Lake Worth, (Customer), entered into an
agreement, same being City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 15687, whereby Fort worth agreed to provide wastewater
y treatment to Customer; and
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Customer desire to amend said City of
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 15687,
Now, therefore, the City of Fort Worth and the City of Lake
Worth hereby agree as follows:
1.
Subsection 1.26 of Section 1 of City of Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 15687 is hereby amended, and after having
been so amended shall be and read as follows:
"1.26 Wholesale System Access Fee - A capital
contribution funding or recouping the costs of
General Benefit Facilities capital
improvements or General Benefit Facilities
facility expansions necessitated by and
attributable to new development."

Section 1 of City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
15687 is hereby amended by adding subsection 1.29, which shall be
and read as follows:
"1.29 Capital improvements means any of the
following facilities which provide utility
services and benefits common to all customers
