("CoStar" or "Licensor") and City of Fort Worth ("Licensee") and is executed pursuant to and made a part of the License Agreement recorded with the Fort Worth City Secretary as City Secretary Contract ("CSC") Number 55795, as addended by CSC 55795-A1 and 55795-AD2, and 55795-AD3 for the provision of Licensor's commercial real estate information service(s) (the "License Agreement"). Any capitalized term used in this Addendum and not otherwise defined has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, Licensor and Licensee agree that the License Agreement is further addended as follows: 1. The term of the License Agreement automatically renews for an additional year beginning on October 1, 2024 ("Third Renewal Term"). 2. Effective as of October 1, 2024, the total License Fee for Licensee's existing services during the Third Renewal Term is $35,682.48. The City will make all payments in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement. 3. Except as expressly provided above, all of the terms of the License Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
