City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Council Member Hill requested a presentation or update on current spay/neuter ordinance including citation fee for noncompliance; report on the new managed intake program; current live release rate; report on how medical records are maintained on animals in the shelters' care; policy and procedures on how animals are assessed, treated, and euthanized; and a list of cities that are leaders in shelter best practices and their live release rates.
