THIRD RENEWAL
FOR CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53068
FORT WORTH MEACHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OFFICE LEASE ANNUAL
SUITE 310
This ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OFFICE LEASE AGREEMENT ("Lease") is
made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("Lessor"), a home rule
municipal corporation under the State of Texas, acting by and through VALERIE
WASHINGTON, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and BISDORFPALMER, LLC
("Lessee"), a domestic limited liability company acting by and through BRIAN BISDORF AND
LUKE PALMER, its duly authorized OWNERS.
RECITALS
The following statements are true and correct and form the basis of this Agreement.
WHEREAS, on or about November 12, 2019, BisdorfPalmer, LLC ("Lessee") entered into
City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 53068, an Administration Building Office Lease Agreement
for Suite 310, consisting of approximately 1,885.50 square feet of office space ("Lease"); and
WHEREAS, the Lease provides for a three (3) year initial term with three (3) options to
renew for three (3) years each; and
WHEREAS, the initial term of the lease will expire on September 30, 2022;
WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee, exercised the first renewal option, and entered into
CSC 53068 Rl on October 1, 2022;
WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee exercised the second renewal option, and entered
into CSC 53068-R2 on October 1, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee wish to exercise the third and final renewal term
provided under the Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of
which are hereby acknowledged, Lessor and Lessee hereby agree as follows:
1. The Lease is hereby renewed and extended for the third and final permitted renewal term of
one (1) year, commencing on October 1, 2024 and expiring on September 30, 2025.

2. All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect. The
statements set forth in the recitals above are true and correct and form the basis upon which Lessor
and Lessee have entered into this Agreement. The Lease is a public document on file in Lessor's
City Secretary's Office and is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
All other provisions and conditions of the Lease that are not expressly amended herein or
directly in conflict with the provisions and conditions of this Amendment shall remain in full
force and effect.
