New Statistics Available from Affirmative Action Planning System With our new computerized software in place, the City of Fort Worth now has availability, incumbency and shortfall information for 33 job groups by protected class. The levels within each of the 8 EEOC categories are divided into levels from 1 to 4 with 1 being the highest and 4 being entry level. The attached charts convey this information and replaces the earlier tables which were broken out by eight EEOC categories. H. Equal Employment/Affirmative Action Training As most supervisors received this training last year, we are now holding workshops once per quarter for those supervisors who missed the training or have recently been promoted to supervisors. Twenty supervisors completed the training this quarter. III. Promotions/Reclassifications There were 100 promotions and reclassifications in the first quarter: 32% involved women (of all races) and 29% went to minorities (23% Black and 6% Hispanics). Notable actions include the promotions of: Emeterio Vigil (HM) to Fire Lieutenant; Marva Easter (BF) to Police Corporal/Detective; Jane Goodspeed (BF) to Land Agent III; Clayton Fleming (BM) to Chief Treatment Plant Operator; and Corley Williams (BM) to Judge. IV.
