The Multifamily development required the tapping of a 16" water line on Summenrelds and and an 8" waterine on Riverside Drive, The CIP improvements were to go in first. The City agreed to make the taps and extend the waterline to the property line. This would eliminate the need to Sawcut and replace newlyp/aced concrete pavement In addtition, modifications were made to the tie in with the storm sewer. The City, as part of the CIP project agreed to eliminate the box Culvert headwall and construct a 7 x 7 box with a 16 foot extension. RECOMMENDED: APPROVED: APPROVED: Multatech Engineering, Inc.
