The necessity of the point repair was unknown until the pre-cctv footage of line revealed a sag. the placement of hydromulch, in lieu of sod, which was deemed a more efficient due to the area displaced during the installation of the sewer main. • the removal and replacement of 3 sewer services in direct conflict with an existing storm drain line. The existence of the conflicts were unknown prior to beginning construction of the project. • additional quantities of asphalt and pavement pulverization that are necessary on the project. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Charge Order.
