BANKING RESOLUTION OF
RESEARCH AND INNOVATION LOCAL GOVERNMENT CORPORATION
(Bond Depository Account)
RESOLVED, that Resolution No. FWRILGC-2024-08 is rescinded and is of no furtherforce and effect.
RESOLVED, that J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., a national financial association, located at 420
Throckmorton St., Fort Worth Texas 76102 ("Bank"), is designated as a depository of the Research
and Innovation Local Government Corporation, a Texas nonprofit corporation ("Corporation"), solely
for bond proceeds related to the activities and operations of the Corporation ("Bond Account") and
that the Bank is authorized and directed to recognize any of the signatures of two (2) of the following
officers or employees of the City of Fort Worth, who are added for administrative and operational
efficiency of the Corporation, for establishment of, payment of funds from, and ansaction of any
and all business with the Bank regarding, the Corporation's B94 Account., —

RESOLVED, that Bank and Corporation shall execute a depository agreement, in the form approved
by Corporation, prior to any funds being deposited in the Bond Account.
RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be a continuing one and shall remain in full force and effect
unless and until amended, added to, or repealed by resolution of Corporation.
RESOLVED, that if Bank shall require a depository or borrowing resolution in any form different from
but generally consistent with the foregoing, such other resolution shall be deemed to have been duly
approved and adopted hereby and be so certified by the president or treasurer whenever approved
bythe president or treasurer and a copy thereof has been included in the corporate records.
