With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 1:32 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 10, 2024, in the City Council Conference Room 2020 of the Fort Worth City
Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

Council Member Flores requested additional information on the incorporation of "green
walls" into future designs to assist with the Net Zero Emission Initiatives.

8. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports
Council Member Beck requested an Informal Report on noise buffers zones to protect
neighborhoods including the potential to update the City's Building Code to require
additional insulation requirements for bars and music venues in relation to proximately to
single family homes.
