This is a total increase of 20%. This is for an unknown condition (not reflected in the geotech report); the building pad was found to be atop a layer of limestone. This required the removal of approx 3 ft of limestone rock for entire bldg footprint, haul off of rock, haul in select fill and increase thickness of concrete building pad by 1".
