During construction, the proposed location of the bore exit pit would have been on an existing line. The exit pit was shifted east to avoid the conflict. • 150 days of additional contract time. Start up and commissioning of this project requires Synagro to modify programming of the dual fuel train controls and to bring in new I/O points into their SCADA system. Synagro is currently worlcing on upgrades to the dryer facility and is not ready to test the new gas line in December. Synagro requested that commissioning of the gas line be postponed until the dryer facility is bacl< in service after their improvements are on line.
