This ab eement automatically renews annually at the City's option, each a"Renewal Term". IBM Blueworks Live provides for a collaborative, anywhere environment via a SAAS subscription allowing teams to work together to document and analyze business processes. Key business processes were gathered, mapped, and stored in IBM Blueworks Live by contractor SL-Serco as part of the desib , planning, and implementation of the Advanced Metering infrastructure for the Water Department's MyH2O program. The abreement allowed internal staff to take over administrating, editing, and building new processes. This renewal term allows for continued access to IBM Blueworks Live to view and build upon the previously gathered information. Prior to CSC 59245, the Water Depariment's current IBM Blueworks licenses were previously paid under CSC 48192 with SL-Serco. The Law Department endorsed a Chapter 252 Exemption for this service as a sole source provided solely by IBM. The contract has an annual not to exceed amount of $15,000.00.
