This agreement provides software, licensing, maintenance, support, training and professional services for the Water Lab's use of the Clinisys Laboratory Platform, which prior to the company changing hands, was known as the Horizon Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The contract has an annual not to exceed amount of 79,529. The term of the ab eement will commence on May l, 2025. The Clinisys maintenance and service fees for the upcoming term are $52,941.
