1. Call to Order
With a quorum present, Vice President Beck called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors
of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 11:04 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, in
the City Council Conference Room, Room 2020 of the Fort Worth Municipal Building, 200 Texas
Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
2. Approval of Minutes
a. Regular Meeting Held on November 19, 2024
Motion was made by Director Blaylock and seconded by Director Nettles to approve the
November 19, 2024, meeting minutes. The motion passed on an 8-0 vote. Directors Parker, Crain
and Martinez were off the dais.
3. Written Reports
a. Unaudited Financial Statement as of November 30, 2024
b. Unaudited Financial Statement as of December 31, 2024
c. Quarterly Investment Report as of December 31, 2024
d. Quarterly Sale of Corporation Land Report as of December 31, 2024

4. Update on the Fort Worth Community Land Trust and Carroll Park Development — Jesica
McEachern, General Manager; Sara Geer, Rainwater Foundation Principal; Becky Gligo, Fort
Worth Community Land Trust Executive Director

Executive Director.
Presentation was made by Becky Gligo, Fort Worth Community Land Trust Executive Director.
5. Consider and Adopt Resolution Approving a Forgivable Loan to
Fort Worth Affordability Inc. in the amount of $525,000.00 for the Development of
Permanent Supportive Housing in Hughes House II as Part of the Multi -Year Choice
Neighborhoods Implementation Grant in the Cavile Place/Historic Stop Six Area and
Authorize Related Actions — Chad LaRoque, Housing Development Manager,
Neighborhood Services Department
Chad LaRoque, Housing Development Manager, provided a staff report.
Motion was made by Director Bivens and seconded by Director Nettles to approve Resolution No.
FWHFC-2025-01, Approving a Forgivable Loan to Fort Worth Affordability Inc. in the amount
of $525,000.00 for the Development of Permanent Supportive Housing in Hughes House II as Part
of the Multi -Year Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant in the Cavile Place/Historic Stop
Six Area and Authorize Related Actions. The motion passed on an 11-0 vote.
6. Executive Session
There was no Executive Session.
7. Requests for Future Agenda Items
• President Flores requested a list of Federally owned land in the Fort Worth area for possible
use of surplus federal lands that may be able to come on the market.
8. Adjourn
With no further discussion, Vice President Beck adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing
Finance Corporation at 11:23 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

the 25t" day of February, 2025.
