With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 1:19 p.m. on Tuesday,
March 4, 2025, in the City Council Conference Room 2020 of the Fort Worth City Hall,
200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

Campbell, appointee to the Library Advisory Board.

6. Update on Entertainment District Study — Robert Alldredge, Police Executive
Assistant Chief
Presentation was provided by Robert Alldredge, Police Executive Assistant Chief.
Council Member Beck encouraged use of off -duty officers in the businesses as a method
to encourage adoption of the policy by the business.

Mayor Parker recommended using the Chambers as an additional partner to encourage
participation.
7. 2026 Bond - Draft Project List and Engagement Plan — Christianne Simmons,
FWLab Chief Transformation Officer
Presentation was provided by Christianne Simmons, FWLab Chief Transformation
Officer.
Mayor Parker recommended making the public art at the proposed new Animal Center
functional rather than just a statue.
8. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports
Council Member Beck requested a report on the new texting communication system for
911.
Council Member Flores requested a presentation from Fort Worth Education Partners on
an Education Update.
Council Member Hill requested a list of heavy maintenance streets city-wide from
Transportation and Public Works.
Mayor Pro Tem Bivens requested information on implementing developer accountability.
Mayor Pro Tern Bivens requested information on how other top 10 cities handle security
at City Hall.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeting at 2:59 p.m.
