Goodall, City Secretary Reginald Zeno, Chief Financial Officer The Council had discussion on the following matters: CITY ATTORNEY Melinda Ramos, Deputy City Attorney Laetitia Brown, Deputy City Attorney Theresa James, Deputy City Attorney Denis McElroy, Senior Assistant City Attorney Chris Mosley, Senior Assistant City Attorney Leslie Hunt, Senior Assistant City Attorney Richard McCracken, Senior Assistant City Attorney Robert Sturns, Economic Development Director Kacey Bess, Neighborhood Services Director Chris Harder, Water Director Whitney Rodriguez, Mayor's Office 1. Section 551.071, CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY To seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, or any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act. [Tex. Govt. Code §551.071]: a. Legal issues concerning Public Information Act requests; Discussion occurred. b. Legal issues concerning issuance of resolutions to low income housing tax credit applicants; Discussion occurred. c. Legal issues concerning any item listed on today's posted Council Work Session agenda. Discussion occurred. Section 551.072, DELIBERATIONS REGARDING REAL PROPERTY Deliberate the purchase, sale, lease or value of real property where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the City in negotiations with a third party. No discussion occurred. 2. Section 551.087, DELIBERATIONS REGARDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT NEGOTIATIONS Deliberate the commercial or financial information or the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect. No discussion occurred. 3. Section 551.076 and Section 551.089, DELIBERATIONS REGARDING SECURITY Deliberate certain security matters in accordance with Section 551.076 and 551.089 of the Texas Government Code. No discussion occurred. The City Council may reconvene in open session in the City Council Conference Room and act on any item listed on the Executive Session in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
