general oxnplianca with Me requiremonM of the contract for construction. Such

the work covered by the shop drawings, samples and submittals is free of errors,
inconsistencees or orniss ions. The ENGINEER sW log and trek all shop

be adjusted, nor is the City obiiijated to pay ENGINEER beyond [hese limits.
If ENGI NEER projects, in the purse of provid Ing the necessary services, that. the
