Tn the event that an,y inspection should r�veal � breach af any terms, covenants or condifiar�.s herein, Ci.ty shall give Cxrantee no�.�e oi such breach. Crrantee agrees to begin such repaixs wi�hir� �kurty {34} days of r�Ceipt ofnotice fror� the Direc%r� of Transportation and Public �S%rks or hi� designee. .A1� repairs sha11 be pex%rtxa.ed in an e�aeditious and woz�antike manner and�sha�l.comply with all �pplicable laws, codes, ord�nances and C�iy sp�cificai�ons. . Grant�e agxees to furnish Ciiy with a Certi�Zca�e of Insu�ance, na.min.g City as certificate holder, as proof that it Iia,s secured and p�id for a pv�xcy of public �iability iiisuxan.ce� coveru�g all public risks related to the proposed use an.d occupaxicy o�public prop�rty as Iocaxed an,d describ�d in Exhibit "B". Gzantee agrees, binds and obligates ��self, its successors and assigns, to mainta.in and keep i,n force such public liability insuranc� af al� �imes during the �ez�n of �.� agreement and until the removal of alI encroac%r�ents arid the cleaiu�.g and restvxa�.on of the cit� stre�ts. �1 insurance covexage requ�red h�xein shal� incZude coverage of a1.1 af �rantee's con�rac�ors. ld.
