FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 60798
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND ARM ED SELF STORAGE
This FIRST AMENDMENT ("First Amendment") is made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by
and through its duly authorized representative, and ARM ED SELF STORAGE ("Vendor"), a TEXAS
corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative. The City and Vendor are herein
referred to individually as a ("Parry") and collectively as the ("Parties").
WHEREAS, on January 22, 2024, the City and Vendor entered into a month to month Lease
Agreement to provide a storage unit (space 125) at 2950 Western Center Blvd. Fort Worth, TX. 76131, the
same being City Secretary Contract ("CSC") Number 60798 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase the monthly rate to $165.00
monthly effective December 31, 2025;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein,
the City and Vendor agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
I.
The Agreement is hereby amended to add Exhibit A-1 to increase the monthly rate to $165.00
effective December 31, 2025.
II.
1. All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended pursuant to this
First Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
2. All terms in this First Amendment that are capitalized but not defined shall have the meanings
assigned to them in the Agreement.

It is with great reluctance that it has become necessary to adjust your rental rate on
units 124, 125, 128,137,138. As prudent ❑ hers we strive to keep our operating
expenses to a minimum but unfortunately even in these most difficult times they
continue to increase. These higher costs make it necessary for a rental
adjustment. Please know we are keeping rates as low as possible. We sincerely hope
that you understand_
Your new rate on your units will be $i65.00 per month, per unit, to be effective
12/3112025. If you elected insurance through the Armored Storage program, this rate
does not include your insurance policy fee.
In closing please know that we value your patronage_ Thank you for storing your
possessions with us.
