Home My WebLink AboutContract 62156-R1A1CSC No. 62156-RlAl FIRST RENEWAL AND AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62156 This First Renewal and Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62156 ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Collaborative Testing Services, Inc. ("Vendor"), a West Virginia Corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, each individually referred as a "Parry" and collectively as the "Parties." WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62156 ("Agreement"); WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to renew the Agreement for an additional one-year term (the "First Renewal Term"); and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement by replacing Exhibit B with an updated Exhibit B.1 to reflect updated pricing to be effective during the First Renewal Term. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following: 1. RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT The Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional renewal term (the "First Renewal Term") commencing on October 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement. II. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT Effective beginning during the First Renewal Term, Exhibit B. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is made a part of this Agreement for all purposes, replacing the previous Exhibit B. Exhibit B.1 shall be binding and enforceable and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement in all future documents: OFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY FT. IV. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE This Second Renewal and Second Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as anoriginal.
