This will be the only information available to the City prior to receipt of the Certified Tax Roll scheduled for release by TAD on July 25. The preliminary estimate reflects a total appraised value of$29,242,139,926 and a net taxable value of $23,474,127,030. The net taxable value does not include the value for those properties whose values are being protested by the property owner. TAD is still mailing value notices; therefore, many protests have yet to be filed with the Appraisal Review Board. Staff estimates an 8.0% reduction to preliminary estimates prior to the certified values being released in July. This factor has been used to forecast the appraised values upon which the 2001 property tax levy will be based. The anticipated taxable value for FY 2001-02 is $21,661,090,000, which is 10.2% above the adopted taxable value of$19,650,107,000. ttached is a schedule showing comparable numbers relative to the 1999 adopted taxable values certified in Lily, 1999; the 2000 adopted taxable values certified in July, 2000; and the May 2001 preliminary values. When the 2001 certified tax roll is received in July, additional information will be presented to City Council. ,C16./-T,, Gary Jackson City Manager Attachment , ISSUED BY THE CITY MANAGER FORT WORTH, TEXAS q -.Q Ir 'IT CO -D 0 0 00 0) o .0 C14 cli C 0 oo cli t`- a3 M 7 0 00 0 C) M C3, C, co N 00 '9 0 E LL CL "0 ro (D .0 Lo o L-0 C-0 co o co o 0) 0 co N N N Q CO Q ID .0 M 'T 0 10 W 0) co m 0 ID -E ID N m U3 -0 0) a) 0 0 0 0 Cl) =; O co 04 co C'V 2 -C E > cl; 2 2 LL CL L4 64 0i 69 64 614 Vi 69 69 69 0 w 64 C9 69 0 64 0 69 64 0 01) 0 69 0 0 Cl) 0 ") o 10 'D Cl) co D 2 2 co c M co m C, U7 U (D In 0 (D m In C14 N 00 - Zo (r- Lo c - Ca - Vi -u :3 C4 O M M C) N t-4 cli m CO o C-0 V: (0 (D 00 a 2 0 m In In N Cl) 10 00 ID — m co CN (D (D 0 69 — > ifj (7)- 1: cli O N 04 6o 69 69 w 0 0 U9, 0% 6e 0 0 09 0 t9 69 w 6q to to 69 a a e -I e e a -.1 0 -1 -1 a -I o -.1 -1 -* Q R a 0 Cl) 'o q CO (D CO 0 U 0 0 CO CO M Cl? 0 r-- cl) C-) c) O 'T — Lo o (o 'o 'D 0 00 O 00 c > st CL 00 co In M 0 CIJ M 10 h, -0 N O (N M CL C, CL co 11 co (D Lo- ol(N(0-N C }0) N 00 (D (or) C'i C D LO C14 co (D co < > .c 2 Q- 61) V) 64 69 69 t9 t) t9 t9 19 W 6o 69 69 &1) W t9 6.) 69 69 60 to CL co Lo 0) - .3 C 0 00 q '0 o -0 0 0 co co 7 C- m N r,,: - (D V) 0 C') In w 11) In (3} 7 C) 0 co m 0) (D a' (D ID CN .0 =; cli r-- Lo (,) 'T 'T m Co (D r-:-i m C-; C'i 00 0 -o (D ,E M 0 0 (D M LO N - -T r- 00 10 (D (5) (D > cn LO cl 09 Q CN V) to 69 w 0) (9 t9 V> 0) V9 t9 v3 sA 6A w 6.) t9 69 V) 61) Lf) r- Q 'T m 0 m 'T r.- j 0 (D r-- r- m 0 gz 0 O) 'D -Z (o co (D 0 m N N 0 CD (0 0 (D (1 00 LO L, CO o ll} Ir (D N M 2 .0 1 0 Lo (D w o (o m cli. cli .6 CO 1 co 10 CY) " C14 0 C4 (D 2 0 L2 m ,E 10 1-0 A N 'IT > 21 — — V) V) te 69 w t9 f9 Ni to Vi 69 to to t9 V9 Vy 0 J V1 0 0 > N y M m C N N C > > O c mc: 0, _0 C2L -c_= 0 C 0 Z 0 -?
