CDM Smith is pleased to submit our Amendment No. 1 for the City's Mary's Creek Confluence Lift Station and Walnut Creek Lift Station — Project No. 104944. CDM Smith is adding the following services as requested by the City: Task 1.4.6 Wastewater Collection System Modeling As part of the flow management and diversion evaluation, Engineer will perform hydraulic modeling of the City's wastewater collection system in Mary's Creek service area to assist in determining flow diversions, bypass flow and control from the collection system to both Mary's Creek Confluence lift station and Walnut Creek lift station. A total of six scenarios will be modeled: (1) current (2028) average days flows with lift station not operating, (2) future (2063) average day flows with lift stations not in operation, (3) current (2028) peak wet weather flows with both lift station offline, (4) future (2063) peak wet weather flows with both lift stations offline; two additional scenarios are included and will be defined after the evaluation progresses. The hydraulic modeling will include determination of flows for the six scenarios along with hydraulic grades for each scenario at each lift station and downstream limitations within the collection system. Flow data from the hydraulic models will be included in the Flow Management and Diversion TM (completed as part of Subtask 1.4.1). The collection system modeling will be completed by Freese & Nichols using the City's wastewater collection system model. This Task includes a kickoff meeting with the City, and two additional coordination meetings. TASK 1.4.6 WORK PRODUCTS A. Collection System Flows for Modeled Scenarios (by email). B.
