Home My WebLink AboutContract 62747-A1CSC No. 62747-Al FIRST AMENDMENT OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62747 This FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE NON-EXCLUSIVE VENDING SERVICES AGREEMENT, FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62747 ("AMENDMENT") is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting herein by and through Valerie Washington, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and COMPASS GROUP USA, INC. DB/A CANTEEN VENDING ("Vendor"), a Texas Corporation, acting herein by and through Shawn Grider, its duly authorized President. City and Vendor are individually referred to as a "party" and collectively referred to as the "parties." WHEREAS City and Vendor entered into an agreement for Vendor to provide vending services for the City's various facilities, said agreement being identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62747 and having an Effective Date of February 4, 2025 ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, since the Effective Date, there has been a need to include an additional location for the Vendor's services which was not originally included in the Agreement; and WHEREAS the parties now desire to amend the Agreement to replace the original Exhibit "B" reflecting the locations for Vendor's services with the new exhibit attached to this Amendment. NOW THEREFORE, City and Vendor, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The Agreement is hereby amended by deleting "Exhibit B — "Service Locations" in its entirety and replacing it with Attachment A of this Amendment. OFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY FT.
