The details are shown on the accompanying tables and maps beginning on page 2 of this report. Since the enactment of the legislation on September 1, 2023, the City has received a total of 155 petitions. A 12-month graph on page 9 reflects the number of eligible petitions released since June 2024. Seven petitions received prior to March 2025 were either deemed incomplete, ineligible, or were withdrawn. Additionally, two petitions received in March 2025 (BAX-25-011 and BAX-25-014) and two petitions received in April 2025 (BAX-25-020 and BAX-25-021) were deemed incomplete. Thus, from September 2023 to now, 144 eligible ETJ petitions have released approximately 4,463.06 acres within the City's ETJ. Please contact D.J.
