1. Call to Order
With a quorum present, President Flores called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of
the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 12:16 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in the City
Council Work Session Room, of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth,
Texas.
1. Approval of Minutes
a. Regular Meeting Held on April 22, 2025
Motion was made by Director Hill and seconded by Director Nettles to approve the April 22, 2025,
meeting minutes. The motion passed on an 9-0 vote. Directors Crain and Lauersdorf absent.
3. Written Reports
a. Unaudited Financial Statement as of April 30, 2025

4. Briefing on Annual Independent Auditor's Report for Fiscal Year 2024 — Matt Stille,
CohnReznick
Matt Stille with CohnReznick provided a briefing.
5. Action Items:
a. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of 4 Lots (1301 E. Cannon
St.; 1407 E. Cannon St.; 802 Magnolia Ave. and 1139 E. Cannon St.) in Council
District 8 to Brighter Outlook Inc. or an Eligible Affiliate, for the Development of
Affordable Single -Family Homes for a Total Sales Price of $100,000.00 — Joshua
Hezlep, Neighborhood Services Department
Josh Hezlep, Neighborhood Development Coordinator, Neighborhood Services Department,
provided a staff report.
Motion was made by Director Nettles and seconded by Director Beck to approve Resolution No.
FWHFC-2025-07, Authorizing the Sale of 4 Lots (1301 E. Cannon St.; 1407 E. Cannon St.; 802
Magnolia Ave. and 1139 E. Cannon St.) in Council District 8 to Brighter Outlook Inc. or an
Eligible Affiliate, for the Development of Affordable Single -Family Homes for a Total Sales Price
of $100,000.00 The motion passed on an 9-0 vote. Directors Crain and Lauersdorf absent.

With no further discussion, President Flores adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing
Finance Corporation at 12:35 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
