(ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 62655, (the CONTRACT) which was administratively authorized on the 21st day of January, 2025, in the amount of $97,560.00; and WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for the following project: Citywide Wastewater Collection System Flow Monitoring Maintenance Contract- FY 2025; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No.1 to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fee. NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends the CONTRACT: 1. Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the additional engineering services specified in proposal attached hereto and incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional design services to be performed by Engineer totals $0.00. 2. There is no fee increase to Article II of CONTRACT. 3. This contract is dated January 21, 2025 and currently runs through September 30, 2025. Amendment No. 1 seeks to reallocate $10,840.00 of unused funds to perform a full technical field assessment for the following equipment at the City of Fort Worth Village Creek WTP: - Accusonic Model 8510+ Flow Meter (Serial No. 0006) - Accusonic Model 7510+ Flow Meter (Serial No. 1596) The corresponding deliverables that will be provided to the City at the conclusion of the assessment are as follows: - Annual Certification Trip Report - Certificate of Compliance and Operation This assessment will serve to recertify both flow meters and will be completed no -later -than July 16, 2025. The contract amount for the full nine months of comprehensive flow monitoring services under CSC No. 62655 totals $97,560.00 which equates to approximately $10,840.00 per month. To accommodate the reallocation of funds outlined above to recertify the Accusonic flow meters at the Village Creek WTP, ADS LLC proposes to eliminate the comprehensive flow monitoring services for the ninth and final month (September 2025) for CSC No. 62655 for the ten (10) contact meters that ADS LLC services. The services that will be eliminated during this time frame include the following: - Flow monitoring data management, analysis and reporting. - On -going flow monitoring network operation, service, maintenance and calibrations. - Other tasks/task orders (Monitor removals, relocations, installs, etc.). The comprehensive flow monitoring services for the ten (10) contact meters that ADS LLC currently services will, therefore, terminate on August 31, 2025 under this Amendment No. 1. All other terms and conditions of the agreement dated January 21, 2025 shall remain in full force and effect.
