AMENDMENT No.01
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. CSC No. 59226
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and RPGA Design Group, Inc.,
(ARCHITECT) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. CSC No.
59226, (the CONTRACT) which was authorized M&C 23-0225 on the 21th day of
March,2023 in the amount of $ 444,000; and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves architectural services for the
following project:
Fire Station 37; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No.01 to the
CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fee.
NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ARCHITECT, acting herein by and through their
duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which
amends the CONTRACT:
1.
Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the additional
Architectural Services specified in proposal attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional design services
to be performed by Architect totals $11,000.00. (See Attached Funding
Breakdown Sheet, Page -4-)
2.
Article II of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an increase in
the fee to be paid to Architect for all work and services performed under
the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee paid by the City for all
work and services shall be an amount of $455,000.00.
3.
All other provisions of the Contract, which are not expressly amended
herein, shall remain in full force and effect.

Additional Services — Additional easements

Mr. George,
In order that we might reach a clear understanding, please accept this as our proposal for additional
Architectural/engineering services as required to record the additional easements that were required for
Fire Station #37. We submit the following for your consideration and approval.
I. Proiect Description
A. General Description: The base scope of services included the filing of three (3) easements
at a cost of $2,500.00 an easement. In the process of designing and coordinating the site
design for Fire Station #37, the City of Fort Worth as well as local utilities required a total of
seven (7) easements. We are requesting fees for the four (4) additional fees that had to
filed for this project.
B. Changes to the construction documents include changes to civil drawings as well as the
creation of additional easement documents.
II. Compensation:
A. Based on the scope of services required to document and record the additional easements,
our additional services fees are as stated below. Fees as quoted are good for a period of
(90) ninety days from the date of this proposal.
