This this will continue to trap water in this area between the building (grade shown at 547.00+) and sidewalk can cause movement of the transformer pad and current sidewalks. In addition, two areas West of the building near the doors do not have means to gravity drain. Installation of Drain Inlets tied to a piped drainage system on the North and West sides of the building are necessary for adequate drainage along with additional grading.
