City Secretary Contract No. 61074 (the "Contract")
Renewal Term No. 2: August 9, 2025 to August 8, 2026
The First Renewal Term for the Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on August 8,
2025 (the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the terms Contract, the Contract may be renewed at the
City's option for up to Eight (8) one-year renewal terms. This letter will memorialize the
collective desire of the parties to renew the Contract for its SECOND (2nd) Renewal Term, which
will begin immediately after the Expiration Date. All other terms and conditions of the Contract
remain unchanged.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your quote for
charges for the new renewal term and a current insurance certificate, to the address set forth
below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract Renewal Notice. Failure to provide a signed
acknowledgment does not affect the renewal.

that your company information is correct and up-to-date.
