Crain, District 3 Council Member Charlie Lauersdorf, District 4 Staff Present: Jesus "Jay" Chapa, City Manager Leann Guzman, City Attorney Katherine Cenicola, Assistant City Secretary 1. Call to Order — Mattie Parker, Mayor With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the Special Called Meeting — City Council Workshop on the FY2026 Bond Program to order at 2:03 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. 2. Opening Remarks — Jesus "Jay" Chapa, City Manager City Manager Chapa provided opening remarks. 3. Updates on 2026 Bond Program — Christianne Simmons, Chief Transformation Officer CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SPECIAL CALLED MEETING — CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP ON THE FY2026 BOND PROGRAM MAY 20, 2025 Page 2 of 2 Presentation was provided by Lauren Prieur, Transportation and Public Works Director, Dave Lewis, Park and Recreation Director, and Christianne Simmons, Chief Transformation Officer. Mayor Parker requested staff walk through the funding structure around streets and traffic lights at an upcoming Work Session meeting. Council Member Beck requested more information about the public art program. 4. Closing Comments — Mattie Parker, Mayor There being no further business, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeting at 3:01 p.m. These minutes were approved by the Fort Worth City Council on the 3rd day of June, 2025.
