Motion passed 9-1, Council Member Blaylock casting the dissenting vote and Council Member Crain absent. Council Member Nettles made a motion, seconded by Council Member Williams that Council Proposal CP-333 be approved. Motion passed 6-4, Mayor Parker and Council Members Lauersdorf, Hill, and Blaylock casting the dissenting votes and Council Member Crain absent. Council Member that he would be recusing himself from voting on M&C 25-0454. 1. ZONING HEARING The Notice of Special Hearing set today as the date for the hearing in connection with recommended changes and amendments to Zoning Ordinance No. 21653-02-2015 hearing had been given by publication in the Fort Worth Star -Telegram, the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, on May 2, 2025.
