Call to Order With a quorum present, President Flores called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 5:09 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in the City Council Work Session Room, of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. 1. Approval of Minutes a. Regular Meeting Held on May 20, 2025 Motion was made by Vice President Beck and seconded by Director Hill to approve the May 20, 2025, meeting minutes. The motion passed on an 11-0 vote. 3. Written Reports a. Unaudited Financial Statement as of May 31, 2025 There was no discussion on the written reports; they were for informational purposes only. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Authorizing a Forgivable Loan to Fort Worth Affordability Inc., or an Affiliate, in the amount of $75,000.00 for the Development of Permanent Supportive Housing in Hughes Home III as Part of the Multi -Year Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant in the Cavile Place/Historic Stop Six Area and Authorize Related Actions — Chad LaRoque, Housing Development Manager, Neighborhood Services Department Chad LaRoque, Housing Development Manager, Neighborhood Services Department, provided a staff report. Motion was made by Vice President Beck and seconded by Director Peoples to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-08, Authorizing a Forgivable Loan to Fort Worth Affordability Inc., or an Affiliate, in the amount of $75,000.00 for the Development of Permanent Supportive Housing in Hughes Home III as Part of the Multi -Year Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant in the Cavile Place/Historic Stop Six Area and Authorize Related Actions. The motion passed on an 11- 0 vote. 5. Briefing on Terrell Homes - Kacey Bess, Neighborhood Services Director Kacey Bess, Neighborhood Services Director, provided a staff report. 6. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Approving Amended Budget for the 2025 Fiscal Year Motion was made by Vice President Beck and seconded by Director Nettles to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-09, Approving Amended Budget for the 2025 Fiscal Year. The motion passed on an 11-0 vote. 7. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Approving a Loan in an Amount Not to Exceed $500,000.00 to Terrell Homes GLP, LLC or an Affiliate to Ensure the Continued Operations and Financial Sustainability of the Terrell Homes Development Located in the Historic Southside Neighborhood — Kacey Bess, Neighborhood Services Director Motion was made by Vice President Beck and seconded by Director Nettles to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-10, Approving a Loan in an Amount Not to Exceed $500,000.00 to Terrell Homes GLP, LLC or an Affiliate to Ensure the Continued Operations and Financial Sustainability of the Terrell Homes Development Located in the Historic Southside Neighborhood. The motion passed on an 11-0 vote. 8. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Corporation to Perform All Actions Necessary for Continuing Operations and Management of Terrell Homes — Kacey Bess, Neighborhood Services Director Motion was made by Vice President Beck and seconded by Director Nettles to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-11, Authorizing the Corporation to Perform All Actions Necessary for Continuing Operations and Management of Terrell Homes. Requests for Future Agenda Items There were no requests for future agenda items. 11. Adjourn With no further discussion, President Flores adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
