With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Regular Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order 6:02 p.m. on Tuesday,
March 11, 2025, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas
Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

Motion: Council Member Hill made a motion, seconded by Council Member
Nettles, that M&C 25-0056 (revised) be approved. Motion passed 9-0,
Council Members Lauersdorf and Williams off the dais.
3. M&C 25-0194 (ALL) Adopt Ordinance Directing Publication and Posting of
Notice of Intention to Issue Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of
Obligation in an Amount Not to Exceed $15,000,000.00 for Improvements to Will
Rogers Memorial Center and Expressing Intent to Reimburse Initial Project
Expenditures from Proceeds if Debt Is Issued
Motion: Council Member Nettles made a motion, seconded by Council Member
Crain, that M&C 25-0192 be approved and Ordinance No.
27547-03-2025, be adopted. Motion passed 9-0, Council Members
Lauersdorf and Williams off the dais.
