Call to Order - Mattie Parker, Mayor With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the Special Called City Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 11:01 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in the City Council Work Session Room of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. 2. Opening Remarks - Jesus "Jay" Chapa, City Manager Presentation was made by Christianne Simmons, Chief Transformation Officer. — Council requested a list of staff recommended projects included in the proposed bond program. Mayor Parker requested information on the total funding resources used to fund housing. Council Member Crain requested an alternate list of projects that would bring the total bond package amount under the proposed $800 million. 3. Discussion on 2026 Bond Program - Christianne Simmons, Chief Transformation Officer Presentation was made by Christianne Simmons, Chief Transformation Officer. 4. Demonstration of Engagement Tool - Christianne Simmons Chief Transformation Officer 5. Closing Comments - Mattie Parker, Mayor City Manager Chapa informed Council staff will schedule a follow-up Bond Workshop.
