Council Member Lauersdorf left the dais at 7:05 p.m. and returned at 7:15 p.m. Chris Wood appeared before Council relative to dollars and sense. Bob Willoughby appeared before Council relative to general comments. EJ Carrion appeared before Council relative to redistricting concerns. Ken Shimamoto appeared before Council relative to council response to commissioners court redistricting. Mendi Tackett appeared before Council relative to comments to the council. Lee Jackson, representing DFW Car and Toy Museum, appeared before Council relative to DFW Car and Toy Museum introduction. Bishop Kirkland, representing St. Mark Church, appeared before Council relative to community issues. Ann Zadeh appeared before Council relative to general state of the city, county, region, and representation sparked by the mid census county redistricting. Sabrina Ball appeared before Council relative to city priorities. Thomas Hamilton appeared before Council relative to loud noise. Eddie Delgado completed a speaker card relative to public unity and was recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber. David Martinez appeared before Council relative to progress. Alexander Montalvo appeared before Council relative to public comments, time for the Fort Worth way to end. Nydia Cardenas appeared before Council relative to Tarrant County Redistricting. Jim DeLong completed a speaker card relative to peace and was recognized by Mayor Parker but did not wish to speak. James Smith appeared before Council relative to hazard lights, alleyways, and Atatiana Jefferson wondering spirit. Carlos Rodriguez completed a speaker card relative to public comment and was recognized by Mayor Parker but was not present in the Council Chamber.
