Home My WebLink AboutContract 60058-A2CSC No. 60058-A2 SECOND AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 60058 This Second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 60058 ("Agreement") is made between Agilent Technologies Inc. ("Seller") and City of Fort Worth ("Buyer"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager acting by and through its duly authorized representative, each individually referred as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". WHEREAS, Buyer and Seller entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 60058 beginning September 6, 2023 ("Agreement"); WHEREAS, the most recent renewal term expires on September 5, 2026; WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Buyer and Seller to amend the Agreement to replace exhibit F with updated pricing; and NOW THEREFORE, the Parties do hereby agree to the following: I. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT Exhibit F, which is attached to this amendment and incorporated herein, is made a part of the Agreement for all purposes, replacing the previous Exhibit F in its entirety. II. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. III. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE This Amendment and Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as anoriginal.
