Home My WebLink AboutContract 62406-R1A1CSC No. 62406-RlA1 FIRST RENEWAL AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62406 This First Renewal and First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62406 ("Agreement") is made between Tarrant County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, acting on behalf of the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office ("County") and City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, acting by and through its duly -authorized representative, each individually referred as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". WHEREAS, City and County entered into an Interlocal Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62406 beginning December 5, 2024 (the "Agreement"); WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and County to amend the Agreement to replace Exhibit A. WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and County to renew the Agreement, as amended, beginning October 1, 2025 and expiring September 30, 2026; NOW THEREFORE City and County do hereby agree to the following: I. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT The following terms are hereby amended to either replace any conflicting terms in the Original Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement in all future documents. 1. Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is made a part of this Agreement for all purposes. II. RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT 1. The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed and extended for a renewal term commencing on October 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2026. OFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY FT. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. IV. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as anoriginal.
